1. Buyer agrees that Buyer must have Puppy examined by a DVM within two (2) days of
Buyers receipt of the Puppy from Breeder, excluding Sundays and holidays in which
veterinarian offices are generally closed; within TWENTY-FOUR (24) hours after the
completion of the examination, Buyer shall inform Seller of the examinations results by email
or fax, which shall include a duplicate of all examination documents generated by the
DVM during the examination. Failure to comply will render this guarantee null and void; Any
noticed health issue must be reported within two (2) days to seller so we can assist and
advise.
2. During the term of the Health Guarantee, Buyer shall be responsible for the health care and
maintenance of Puppy, including but not limited to, regular checkups, all timely
immunizations, and all examinations recommended after purchase, as well as providing all
reasonable and/or necessary medication and follow-up treatments recommended by any
DVM. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Buyer shall keep all receipts and records of all
veterinarian checkups and immunizations in order for this guarantee to be in effect.
3. In the unlikely event of the death of the puppy within one (1) year from its birth due to
genetics, the Breeder that is on the Akc papers shall replace the dog with another comparable
value to the Buyer within six months. The buyer is responsible for the total shipping cost of the replacement puppy. If Buyer declines the replacement puppy, then the Breeder shall be under
no further obligation and it will be deemed that the Buyer has released the Breeder from any
and all further claims.
4. The value of the puppy is only the original purchase price of the puppy. Shipping costs,
shipping crate, health certificate and or any additional costs are the responsibility of the
Buyer.
5. This guarantee is non-transferable. All registration papers must be returned to Breeder if this
guarantee is exercised.
6. All puppies are sold as pets; no guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, size,
weight, color, markings or breeding ability.Breeder sells pets for companion purposes only.
7. The registration papers are responsibility of the Breeder. Registrations papers are available after buyer provides breeder with a certificate of health check from a DVM that states that the puppy is healthy.  Registration will be sent via mail,  which can take up to 90 days.

8. Transportation of the Puppy is arranged through third-party carriers. Occasionally, there may
be delays for numerous reasons including, but not limited to, weather, temperature
restrictions, logistics, mechanical failure, or other unforeseen events. Buyer fully releases
Breeder from any and all liability arising directly or indirectly from any transportation delays,
accidents or Puppy damage that may cause Buyer inconvenience or loss, whether financial
or emotional. Usually, the Puppy will ship within ONE (1) to TEN (10) days once the
available date has been reached, but occasionally, a Puppy, may be required to remain with the
Breeder for a longer period before shipping.The Breeder and/or the Breeders veterinarian, with the health of the Puppy being thedetermining factor, make the final determination of the shipping date
for the Puppy.
9. The purchaser is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands
that he/she will be responsible for all payments. Veterinarian care including vaccines, de-worming
and heart worm treatment plus regular check ups are all part of owning a puppy and small problems should be treated before escalating into bigger ones. The guarantee will not cover neglect or
improper care by the purchaser!
10. In the event of any litigation in connection with this contract, both the Breeder and the Buyer
shall each be responsible for their own attorney's fees and costs. The venue and jurisdiction
for litigation arising out of or related to this contract shall lie exclusively in Springfield,
Missouri. In the event the Buyer prevails in litigation, the total awarded value shall not
exceed the value of the original purchase price.
11. There will be no refunds from the Breeder should the Buyer decide to cancel at anytime prior to
shipping. This is to compensate the Breeder for out-of-pocket expenses and
overhead costs related with the transaction.
12. Breeder will not accept any returns of said puppy for any monetary
refund, including but not limited to allergy, Landlord/Tenant, marital, or adjustment problems,
etc. If the Buyer must return the puppy for any reason, it will be on a surrender basis only
with no refund or credit.
13.Our Bulldogs are only covered for a period of ONE (1) year from the original purchase
date, during which time, this guarantee does not cover what is considered normal in Bulldog
breeds, including, but not limited to the following: Cherry Eye, Entropion, "loose hips", skin
allergies, elongated soft palate, small trachea, luxated patella, eye issues, hip dysplasia,
respiratory problems, etc.
Limitations of Health Guarantee
14. This guarantee is non-transferable.  In the event the puppy is found to have a congenital or
genetic defect that adversely affects the health of the dog, a statement from 2 unrelated licensed
DVM's (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) of Buyer's choosing confirming such issue is required before
any action will be taken by the Breeder. Breeder reserves the right to a third opinion of Breeder's choosing to determine the congenital defect. If this guarantee is exercised and a replacement puppy
is given then the original puppy must be returned to the Breeder. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. No replacement will be given if the female has been bred. All laboratory
verification must be done by a licensed, DVM, Doctor of Veterinarian Medicine. No
replacement will be given if the registration application form has expired.  Failure of the Buyer to provide puppy with timely, regular veterinary care will void this guarantee. This guarantee does
not cover any Veterinarian costs. The Buyerunderstands that owning a puppy involves frequent visits
to a Licensed Veterinarian and that he/she will be responsible for all payments. Health issues that can
be treated with medication or surgery are not covered by this Guarantee including, but not limited to
the following: intestinal parasites (Giardia, Tapeworms, Hookworms, Coccidiosis, Roundworms
or Ringworms), Pneumonia, Parvo, Ear Mites, Kennel Cough, Skin Mites, Mange (Sarcoptic,
Cheyletiella or Demodectic), Allergies, Cherry Eye, Herniations (Inguinal, Diaphragmatic or
Perineal), Heart Murmur (Grades 1-3), Patella Luxation (Grades 1-3), Thyroid Disfunction. This guarantee does not cover any Veterinarian costs associated with spaying or neutering, including
undescended testes. You must retain all receipts for food and vitamins to show you are
abiding by this guarantee. Failure to obtain all receipts will void this guarantee. All dogs must
not be over exercised during their growth period. Over exercising is as follows: running with
the dog or jumping the dog. The dog must be in good physical condition. All the abovementioned
conditions must be met or all guarantees above mentioned will be void. This
guarantee does not cover temperament issues as they can be caused by a number of things
such as lack of discipline, proper dog socialization or lack of training. The owner is
responsible for all transportation costs to and from the Breeder. If within one (1) year from
the date of purchase the dog is established and certified by two (2) duly licensed
Veterinarian doctors to have congenital or hereditary disorders which adversely affect the
health of the animal, and if Breeder is notified within two (2) business days of the
veterinarian's determination, the breeder will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent

value. The Breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian fees, shipping costs
or any other associated costs.

I, the purchaser of a puppy from Route 66 English Bulldogs, hereby acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this document. I agree that I am 18 years of age or older and
have the right to purchase this puppy. Further, I accept the terms and conditions of the guarantee for congenital or hereditary disorders printed in this document, and I waive and relinquish any other
rights that I might otherwise have in the event of such occurrence. The failure of not following the procedure outlined above will result in the cancellation of this guarantee. No cash or credit card refunds.
This contract is sold under the laws of the county of Webster and the state of Missouri this contract is binding & proceeds all other contracts & laws.
